2. Services
Tasty Table Catering (a trade name of Cena Catering Company) provides professional catering, event hospitality, and private dining services. All services are subject to availability and a signed event agreement.
3. Inquiries and Bookings
Submission of an inquiry form does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only upon execution of a written event agreement and receipt of any required deposit.
4. SMS Communications
By providing your phone number and consenting to receive text messages, you agree to receive SMS communications from Tasty Table Catering related to your inquiry, booking, or event. These messages may include confirmations, reminders, and promotional content. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP.
5. Payments and Cancellations
Payment terms, deposit requirements, and cancellation policies are outlined in your individual event agreement. Tasty Table Catering reserves the right to retain deposits in accordance with the cancellation terms specified therein.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on tastytablecatering.com, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Cena Catering Company d/b/a Tasty Table Catering and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Tasty Table Catering shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services under your event agreement.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Chester County, Pennsylvania.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
