How long do the meals last? Refrigerated, up to 4 days from delivery. Most freeze well — we note which on the label.
Are these healthy? Yes — and real. Fresh, seasonal ingredients, lean proteins, vegetables at the center, and scratch sauces instead of processed ones. Balanced plates and sensible portions, with the lighter options marked right on the menu. Not a restrictive diet program — nourishing food you’d be glad to feed your family.
What about allergies? Major allergens are listed on every item and label. Our kitchen handles gluten, dairy, soy, nuts, fish, and shellfish, so we can’t guarantee against cross-contact.
Do I have to subscribe? No. Order the weeks you want. (Weekly subscription option coming soon.)
Where do you deliver? Across the Main Line and western suburbs — Wayne, Berwyn, Devon, Paoli, Malvern, King of Prussia, Radnor, and nearby. Outside the zone? Pickup is always free at our Berwyn kitchen.
When’s the cutoff? Thursday 11:59 PM for the following week. We cook to order.
