The Arden Theatre Company has long been a cornerstone of Philadelphia’s arts community, known for its intimate stages and close connection between performers and audience.
For this event, the space transitioned seamlessly from performance venue to gathering place. Before the show, guests moved through the lobby as a dining space — and after the performance, they returned to reconnect over dessert and drinks.
The chef-attended stations anchored the room, complemented by passed hors d’oeuvres and clearly integrated gluten-free options.

Event chef Brandon Spinner led the flatbread station, preparing pizzas by hand in full view of guests throughout the evening.
Working as a dedicated event chef for the night, Brandon brought an interactive element to the room — turning out flatbreads continuously and engaging directly with guests as they gathered around the station.
His presence added a live, personal touch to the service and became a natural focal point within the space.
